Several people have said to me over the years that I am obviously an introvert because of the way I blog/journal and verbally process my thoughts on poor unsuspecting ears when asked "What's on your mind???" especially when I haven't been journalling or blogging.

I once went so long without writing and instead driving poor Steve up the wall and into insomnia by keeping him up all night talking that when I sat the Myers-Briggs assessment and came out as an INFJ the assessor was dumbfounded and I think
still is to this day!

So in order to keep myself sane, I have been writing recently, but mostly in the form of songs (yes! I
am composing again! Something that I locked away in myself at 19!)
